Your future role:
- Masters the domain that is related to the product being analyzed. Uses domain knowledge to understand and improve the product and, where applicable, to challenge requirements or take direction.
- Gathers requirements requested by the requestors. Works with the requestors on requirements clarification and their reasonability.
- Breaks requirements down to smaller items, so the team is able to develop them quickly and in a sequence that provides the best value and quality to the requestors in short iterations.
- Provides system and functional analysis and solution design where required.
- Creates analytical documentation and has responsibility for keeping it up to date.
- Understands the product structure and technical details, which creates skill overlap with programmers and allows a more self-organized style of work.
- Tracks analyzed requirements through their lifecycle and provides support to the rest of the team where applicable (Product Owners, Development, QA).
- Works transparently. Uses tools established in the team to track the progress of work. Supports and actively participates in the team’s methodology and work practices.
Your experience & skills:
- University degree in IT preferred but not mandatory
- At least 1 year of experience
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
- UML knowledge and experience with modeling in various modeling tools (Enterprise Architect preferred)
- At least basic XML and SQL knowledge
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop yourself
- Very good negotiation and teamwork skills
- Advanced level of English
