Visual Merchandising Manager, Royal Copenhagen
Fiskars Group is looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager for the Royal Copenhagen brand to join our DTC organization.
You will be a key part of the global brand marketing team working with a heritage brand renowned for its exclusive quality porcelain and its immaculate design, made with the highest standards of craftsmanship, deepest respect for tradition and innovation. In the global brand marketing team we are responsible for developing the brand marketing strategy, campaigns and marketing assets for our markets and marketing channels.
The role as Visual Merchandising Manager is a newly established role, and will support the Senior Manager, Retail Experience in developing visual merchandising assets and CVI’s across store concepts and markets.
The position is full time, and you will become part of Royal Copenhagen’s global brand marketing team based in Glostrup, Denmark.

The purpose of this role is to support our omnichannel strategy by attracting more consumers and increasing sales in own retail channels and wholesale, through creating Visual Merchandising guidelines and tools for global markets to use and implement.
Your main tasks will be to:
  • Develop global VM guidelines per campaign for Shop-in-Shops/DCS across markets.
  • Develop VM guidelines for Wholesale in home market DK.
  • Develop and maintain guidelines and CVI for Royal Copenhagen Outlet stores.
  • Assist in developing bags and gift wrap concepts for Royal Copenhagen and Flora Danica across. channels incl. forecasting with markets.
  • Maintaining VM Stylebook for all markets.
  • Develop VM Guidelines for Flora Danica.
  • Maintain and style brand Showroom.
  • Support global VM training.
To succeed, you will need to navigate smoothly in a matrix organization and feel confident working with tight deadlines both with internal and external stakeholders. You will also need to gain unique and deep knowledge of the Royal Copenhagen brand, its history and products.
Education and skills:
  • Design degree with a major in Visual Merchandising/ Interior Design.
  • Graphic Designer specialized in store design and Visual Merchandising.
  • Other equivalent degrees.
Experience & knowledge:
  • At least 5 years of experience with Visual Merchandising development.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Visual Merchandising implementation.
  • Graphic design skills InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Experience within Retail.
  • Skilled Project Manager.
  • International experience.
  • Strong aesthetic eye.
  • Used to working as part of a team.
  • Has experience from working in an agile environment with many stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating structure and executing.
Language skills:
  • Danish and English as a daily working language.
You bring both experience, proactivity and structure
Our ideal candidate has solid experience and demonstrated achievements in Visual Merchandising and Graphic design.
We are looking for a true team player with strong interpersonal and influencing skills who knows how to get things done, and can ensure that key stakeholders are informed and involved in the process when needed.
