The opportunity

About You

You’ll be required to collaborate with external agencies, client groups and team colleagues, as well as other data custodians and specialists, to ensure we work effectively to meet client needs and solve challenging briefs.

Your savvy written and verbal communication skills will enable you to develop and present impartial insight, strategic advice, and sound recommendations to help leaders and decision-makers understand customer insights that drive and influence behaviour change and infrastructure network performance.

To be successful in this role, ideally, you’ll have experience in commissioning and designing campaign evaluation research projects, across both agency and client-side research, and will have an understanding of the complexity and mechanics when working within a matrix-like government environment. Prior experience working within an advertising/ campaign/brand research capacity would be highly regarded.
