Description: Shriners Hospitals For Children is at the momment seeking for RN Admissions Coordinator right now, this position will be settled in Hawaii. The Registered Nurse Admissions Coordinator works with our physicians for scheduling the admission of patients into hospital. Communicates with our patients and thei! r families to ensure an efficient admission process. Contacts health care providers to ensure medical procedures are done and records received. Screens patients prior to and upon arrival to hospital. Work with government liaisons for patients residing outside of Hawaii to ensure requirements are met prior travel. Communicates to staff of patients' status.
Hawaii license and minimum one year acute experence. Excellent communication skills. Pediatric and orthopedic experience required.
