Kapi'olani Medical Centerfor Women and Children has a team of board-certified emergencymedicine physicians. Kapi'olani is the only pediatric emergencydepartment in the state of Hawai'i, treating approximately 16,000patients a year. The ER strives to provide excellence inemergency care to pediatric patients, as well as those needingwomen's services. Services include sports injuries, infections,respiratory infections, oncology complications amongst manyothers. The emergency team is trained to diagnose patients andrefer them to pediatric specialists within the hospital whennecessary. Your role as the Supervisor, ClinicalServiceswill be to supervise staff and oversee the daily operations of theEmergencydepartment. You will be responsible for implementing andtracking the effectiveness of programs, plans, or policies designedto enhance the quality of patient care services.
