We are currently hiring a Part Time Dishwasher at Truly LA In Los Angeles, CA.
The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring Truly LA is clean, safe and fully supplied throughout a given shift, the Dishwasher/Porter should ideally take great pride in delivering unparalleled experiences and value teamwork, integrity, and professional development. They should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills, and able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting while adhering to all food and safety regulations and procedures.
What You'll Brew:

- Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash dishes by hand, place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine as directed, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation
- Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation
- Assist with all food preparation duties as needed
- Polishing silver of kitchen machinery and ensuring ongoing cleanliness and sanitation
- Must ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures
- Must maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
- Must keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
- Sweep and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation
What Ingredients You'll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, sometimes repeatedly
- Regular walking and standing for long periods of time (up to 11 hours a day) on concrete, metal and grated surfaces
- While performing the duties of this role, it may be required to climb flights of stairs, work from heights or on elevated platforms
- Agile enough to step over, crouch or crawl under
- Established dexterity to: Handle materials, Operate equipment, Interface with computer systems with precision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous service industry experience in a high-volume environment is a plus
- Familiarity with and passion for craft beer is a plus
- Full weekend availability required
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personalities eager to learn
Level:10
In accordance with California's pay transparency laws, the pay rate for this role is $18 per hour.
