Cornerstone Signals & Cyber Technologies LLC (Cornerstone) is seeking a Contract Specialist (CS) for assisting the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Office of Inspector General (OIG), Office of Management (OM), Procurement Management Branch (PMB) in the closure of around 700 contracts. The CS will deliver contract closeout services for these 700 contracts. The CS role will be fully remote, involving VPN-based network access to support the USDA PMB office. Experience with the USDA IAS Prism contract writing system is a requirement. The CS tasks encompass:
· Development and utilization of a comprehensive closeout Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), subject to review and approval, before proceeding with contract closeout adjustments within the USDA IAS Prism system.
· Verification that all contract-required deliverables, products, or services have been furnished as stipulated.
· Ensuring the reception and filing of the final invoice.
· Confirmation of receipt of claim and liabilities release from the vendor.
· Thorough verification and proper filing of all contract-related records, encompassing correspondence and documentation, for future reference.
· Proficiency in FAR 4.804 and the capability to conduct closeouts in accordance with the specified FAR reference.
· Provision of necessary support to the Procurement Management Division, including administrative/funding modifications for existing contracts/orders as required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
