Your Responsibilities:
- Drive and motivate the team towards effective, efficient and innovative sourcing strategy.
- Design and manage an operating model able to proactively involve Fleet teams to execute sourcing strategy.
- Focus on data to measure sourcing and processes results and improvement opportunities through a continuous improvement methodology.
- Develop strong relationship with fleet teams in developing sourcing plans, execution phases and related sourcing results.
- Develop synergic approach with other brands of Carnival Corporation to further boost our scale.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and/or in Maritime Engineering and or/ in Supply Chain Management. Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in SCM / Procurement by applying 7-steps methodology preferably within the maritime industry.
- Senior Leadership skills within multinational and hybrid working teams
- Strong negotiation skills with proof of excellence
- Excellent command of the English language (English is our company language.)
- Knowledge in Power BI is highly desirable
