Sales Executive (Real Estate). Eligibility: Male/Female candidate with min. 2 to 3 yrs of experience for our different ongoing projects in Baner region. Candidate must have worked in sales in residential & commercial projects.Two wheeler requirement is must for the candidate. Prime responsibilities will be to attend customer, close lead, provide documentation support, maintain customer data & manage post sales tasks. Attractive salary with other benefits.
Roles & Responsibilities-
1. Actively seeking out potential clients and converting them into new sales opportunities.
2. Responsible for building a good relationship with clients.
3. Developing sales strategies and visualizing the set targets till the accomplishment.
4. Setting up meetings with potential clients and Conducting Property visits.
5. Responsible for generating revenue by selling residential and commercial projects.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
