FORGE is a fast-paced start-up co-founded by three successful entrepreneurs with the backing of key strategic investors in the video game industry. We are seeking a driven marketing manager to join our team.
As associate marketing manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing, content, and community growth strategies to build Forge’s brand as a market leader in the gaming and Web3 ecosystems. You will also play a crucial role as one of the main liaisons between Forge and our community.
Our ideal candidate will be well-versed in social media, community management, and content creation. The candidate should also have a passion for gaming, a basic understanding of web3 technologies, and a proven track record of growing social accounts and Discord communities. The candidate should be comfortable ideating and executing social media and community programs with minimal external input, with basic graphic design capabilities a major plus. The ideal candidate is excited to help market groundbreaking products to the world!
Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive user acquisition.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, YouTube, and Twitch.
- Help to manage and grow our Discord server, fostering engagement and building a sense of community.
- Monitor and respond to user feedback, comments, and inquiries across social media and community platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and report on social media and community metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in social media, gaming, and community management.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, community management, or content creation.
- Passion for gaming and a good understanding of the gaming industry.
- Basic understanding of web3 technologies and their potential impact on marketing and community building.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and Discord communities, with examples of successful campaigns or initiatives.
- Basic graphic design capabilities using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights.
Bonuses:
- Expertise in graphic design and motion graphics, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Experience managing large social media accounts with 50K+ followers or Discord servers with 20K+ users.
- Active participant in web3 communities, demonstrating a deep understanding of blockchain technology and how to market to web3 natives.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and community engagement platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
