Develop and lead complex business strategy, competitive, and product analysis; synthesize analyses, key findings, and potential solutions into actionable recommendations; interpret, analyze, synthesize complex data using business acumen to drive key insights; utilize knowledge of industry trends, market direction and competitor evolution; educate and train crew on strategic postures, competitive analysis, and market trends. Company operates on hybrid model with three days in office and work-from-home available two days.
Requirements:
Requires Master’s in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or another closely related field and two years of experience in job offered or as a Senior Director, Director of Investment, or another closely related field. Background in education, training or experience must include demonstrated global perspectives on market entry and market analysis for new product development for a financial/investment management company; background that includes ability to recognize gaps in current product offerings and analyze needs in the overall marketplace; demonstrated ability to build out recommended path forward including identifying all impacted parties, identifying integration plans, and rolling out functionality.
