The Semel Institute is seeking to hire a UCLA Student to work part time as a Student Lab Assistant I. Under supervision of the Principal Investigator and Project Scientist, you will provide operational support to data scientists for digital reconstruction of imaging data and organization of data management/distribution for undergraduate reconstruction team. Pay Range: $16.25 - $19.25 hourly.
Required: At least sophomore standing in the life sciences at an accredited four-year college. Ability to follow instructions and directions in order to complete projects or assignments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members. Highly detail oriented and organization skills. The individual should be highly motivated, has a positive attitude, organized, and willing to work as part of a dynamic and active disease-oriented research team in an academic setting.
