We are a unique Experiential Marketing Agency in Los Angeles currently seeking an Operations Admin Assistant. It is a flex-hour job for an Independent Contractor. Will work out of their home office in Los Angeles County. Attend virtual meetings and monitor emails for tasks and related administrative work that supports Makai management. Must have good WiFi and dedicated to the smooth running of administrative tasks.
This is an entry level position and the candidate for this position must have the following characteristics:
- Interest in marketing, promotions, brand-related event production, special event planning, and/or remote office environment.
- Detail oriented, highly organized, very reliable, assertive and hard working

- Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environment including tight deadlines & stressful situations

- Outstanding communication and Customer Service skills
. Accounting, bookkeeping, administrative skills a plus
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assist Program Coordinators and Managers with various administrative tasks and projects
- Reconciliation of PEX debit cards and program expenses as assigned by manager
- Assist with recruiting, staffing & training field staff as assigned
- Adhering to corporate Standard Policy and Procedures
- Researching products, premiums and venues as assigned
Working with vendors and graphic design artists as assigned
Assist with events/promotions when necessary (occasional weekends as assigned)
