What You Will Do:
The Consultant - Operations will play a key role in driving operational excellence and process optimization throughout Ascension. As a dynamic member of the Strategic Integration Team, the Consultant - Operations will be responsible for assisting, leading and implementing strategic projects to improve operational efficiency. This role requires a strong focus on continuous development, innovation, and delivering measurable value to stakeholders through effective project management and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead implementations of new healthcare strategy and processes throughout Ascension, by identifying critical next steps, tracking project tasks and goals, and following up with stakeholders
  • Leverage expertise in operations and process improvement methodologies to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Create, review, and present executive-level deliverables including weekly updates, status reports, and presentations
  • Gather, interpret, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources in various areas of healthcare

What You Will Need:
Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:
  • Internship or prior work experience preferred
