ABOUT THIS JOB

NielsenIQ Global Customer Success is a modern service team transforming the way we serve our clients with new and updated tools to help our teams get the job done quickly and easily. We are the team that partners with clients to fuse data, science, and the talents of our people to provide measurement and improvement for the clients and markets we serve. We are the key link between NielsenIQ and clients. Our service and delivery are the reason clients will continue to invest in our products and service. To run independently the set-up & the execution of projects by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales, writing client reports, and constructing


RESPONSIBILITIES

Make sure client service standards are implemented and enhance as client expectations, and continue to evolve and change in the marketplace

Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews

Be responsible for expanding our scope of influence with clients across delivering high quality insights

Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within client organization

Proactively support team leaders and interact with Client Engagement teams


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Less than 1 year experience in research or marketing in Market Research/FMCG/Retailing industry

Excellent communication and consultative convincing skills by English and Mandarin

A consultant mindset in problem diagnosis and actionable solution proposes based on data and data analysis

Good logical thinking and analytical skills

Good presentation skills
