Senior Project Manager/Account Executive Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive with over 6 years of experience working directly for a creative agency or business consulting firm to join our team. This fully remote role requires a highly responsible and self-motivated individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment without constant supervision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, building strategies, and implementing both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities, and develop marketing strategies that drive results
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and deadlines
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in an account management role at an agency or business consultancy
  • Very strong technical background for all things digital marketing to web
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels and traditional marketing methods
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement

Compensation:
