The Office Apprentice role:
Right now, we’re looking for an Office Apprentice to join our Service Control team, to train to provide a range of clerical, administration, and customer focused activities.
These will include:
- General administrative tasks
- Dealing with customer enquires over the telephone and in person
- Producing a range of documents using Microsoft Office packages
- Inputting of data onto the organisation’s ICT systems

What we’re looking for in our Office Apprentice:
- Good standard of attendance in secondary education
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Willingness to attend a learning programme delivered through a college or training provider on day or block release and work towards an appropriate qualification including studying in your own time.
