Requirements :
Background education : Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
Has min. 3 years experience working in a related background and having experience to manage MT customers
Preferably has background in FMCG with beauty category
Has good analytical, negotiation and communication skills

Job Descriptions :
Manage business in MT Channel to achieve revenue sales and profitability target
Collaborate with SP&A Team to develop sales fundamental in MT Channel: distribution, availability, visibility, and promo execution
Establish and manage CBP Trading Term with Key Customers
Partner with Trade Marketing Team to create effective and efficient promotion calendar & BTL activities
Partner with distributor team to follow up operations issues: delivery, return and AR
