With 116 beds and more than 390 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi ha! s delivered many medical firsts to the community, including West O‘ahu’s only interventional cardiac catheterization unit for the detection and treatment of heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, CT scan and MRI services, emergency services, a Women’s Center and the state’s first Retina Center. Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawai‘i that utilizes a team triage approach in its Emergency Room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician. For five consecutive years, the American Heart Association has recognized the hospital with its Gold Award for excellence in the treatment of coronary artery disease and its Gold Plus Award for Heart Failure, making it one of only 7 in the nation to receive this distinction.
The Resource team at Pali Momi provides quality, comprehensive patient care in an assigned facility, covering for regular staff members that, for a variety of reasons, are unable to attend to their no! rmal positions. The Resource Team provides clinical and nursin! g support and encompasses a broad skill set that enables members to float to various areas in the hospital or clinic. As a Registered Nurse in our Resource Team, you will have the opportunity to provide professional and compassionate nursing services through the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of patient care. You will also function as an associate to a charge nurse and begin to assume charge nurse responsibilities with time. We are looking for someone with excellent patient care and communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Minimum Qualifications: Current Hawai‘i Registered Nurse License. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) CPR cards. One (1) year recent acute care Registered Nurse experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field. Two (2) years recent Registered Nurse experience in Telemetry or Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Room. Current American Heart Association Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) CPR cards.
