Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children is well recognized as Hawai'i's leader in the care of women, infants and children. With 207 beds and 66 bassinettes, the nonprofit hospital is Hawai'i's on! ly maternity, newborn and pediatric specialty hospital. It is also a tertiary care, medical teaching and research facility. Specialty services include intensive care for infants and children, 24-hour emergency care, neonatal and pediatric air transport and children's specialty clinics. With a dedicated team of more than 1,300 employees and 604 physicians, the hospital is home to Kapi'olani Women's Center, Kapi'olani Breast Center and Kapi'olani Women's Cancer Center, the state's only dedicated breast health and gynecological cancer centers. Kapi'olani offers numerous community programs and services, such as the Kapi'olani Child Protection Center and Sex Abuse Treatment Center, and through our affiliation with the University of Hawai'i, we are home to the John A. Lani Booth IV delivers individualized, comprehensive, culturally sensitive and family-oriented care in a multi-disciplinary approach to hea! lth and wellness. Services provided by the Mother Baby Care te! am include pre-delivery and post-delivery support, including work with high-risk and compromised pregnancies. Lani Booth IV also provides general adult medical surgical care including gynecologic, oncology, minor orthopedics and simple fractures.
As the Lani Booth IV Manager, you will facilitate quality patient care by integrating the needs of patients and availability of support services. In this role, you will participate in the strategic planning process and assume practice accountability for the department and Service Line. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational, communications and planning skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai'i's people.

Minimum Qualifications: Current Hawai'i Registered Nurse License. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card. Two (2) years recent acute care registered nurse clinical supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or related field. Current national certification in Medical/Surgical. Medical/Surgical and Critical Care experience.
