Description: Easter Seals Hawaii is hiring Manager, Occupational Therapists, PTs, SLPs, Social Workers right now, this position will be delegated in Hawaii. Easter Seals Hawaii has been providing services to infants, children and adults with disabilities and other special needs, and support to their families since 1946. We are currently looking for Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Social Worker, and a Program Manager to join our organization!Occupational Therapists â€" These positions provide occupational therapy services to children from 0 to 3 years old with special needs. Experience working with children in the field of early intervention preferred. Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy required and must be a registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) by the American Occupational Therapy Association. Speech Language Pathologists â€" These positions provide speech language therapy services, apply principles and practices to children with special needs, and promote optimum speech language development. Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent and license to provide speech language therapy in Hawaii required. CFY accepted. Experience working with children with special needs in the field of Early Intervention preferred.Physical Therapists - These positions provide physical therapy services and implements individualized treatment plans for program participants, including written reports and evaluations. Bachelors degree and license to provide physical therapy in Hawaii required, experience in pediatrics and/or with children preferred. Social Workers â€" These positions will provide care coordination and social work services for infants and toddlers with special needs and their families who are referred to us. Experience working with families who have children with special needs preferred. Masters in Social Work or a Bacherlors in Human Services required. Hawaii State license (or eligible to sit for a licensing test) is needed as well. Program Manager â€" This position will be responsible for daily operations and management of the Early Intervention Program, including staff management, coordination of direct services, program planning, contractual compliance, budget/billing, and other overall program administration. Experience in EI, early childhood education or pediatric rehabilitation is preferred, along with a minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience required. Bachelors Degree is also required.
