Develop guidelines and protocols to encourage the best practices in REHACE’s program with the intention of promoting program sustainability to continue offering services to those in need including women, children, immigrants, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities Educational Planning Specialists VISTA - In one year, the Educational Planning Specialist's VISTA Member will support the tutoring center infrastructure by developing a systematic manual. Volunteer Coordinator Specialist - In one year, the Volunteer Coordinator Specialist VISTA member will support the infrastructure of REHACE’s Construction and Community Outreach Unit by developing an operational manual to recruit local volunteers. Monitoring and Data Specialist - In one year the VISTA members will support the infrastructure of REHACE’s Monitoring and Evaluation unit by developing a systematic manual of the adequate procedure to recall the donation impart in the community by voluntaries.
