In this role, you will provide analytical, consultation and technical support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team for recruiting and onboarding process, system and technology needs through the implementation of Avature, a best-of-breed applicant tracking and onboarding system, from project planning and through configuration, testing, and deployment as well as ongoing support. To be successful in this role, you will: * function as a subject matter expert for all TA systems and modules * apply skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of TA process and analysis practices and organizational policies and procedures to support TA system optimization and efficient TA operations * gather, analyze, prepare and summarize business and user needs, documents requirements, and updates system configuration to meet end user requirements * develop and update Avature portals * plan and execute unit, regression and acceptance testing * function as a TA systems expert, demonstrating good judgment in investigating and resolving a wide range of business process and system related issues of moderate to complex scope, including API’s and system integrations * act as a resource for TA system and design questions and recommend solutions * work with internal clients to identify, design, test and implement new systems or improvements to existing systems and associated processes and procedures * coordinate with TA staff and others to analyze and meet information needs through production of established reports or utilization of various tools and applications to develop new custom Avature reports
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance and/or equivalent experience/training * 3+ years’ experience partnering directly with TA and/or HR Teams, including systems admin experience with best-of-breed TA systems * Avature certification a plus * PeopleSoft and JDXpert experience are a plus * Thorough knowledge of TA business and process analysis functions; an analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interdependencies * In-depth understanding and skill in process and systems requirement documentation standards * Demonstrated testing and test planning skills and experience * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills * Experience communicating technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization * Knowledge of Human Resources practices and principles preferred
