We are looking for an outstanding team member to join our newly formed Collections Admin Team. This role will be focused on completing administrative tasks associated with the loan servicing process for our auto loan portfolio.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Create, and upload for distribution, Right To Cure notices to customers, in compliance with state laws.
  • Process invoices related to repossession and remarketing activities, ensuring our partner vendors are paid in a timely manner.
  • Create, and upload for distribution, required post-repossession notices to customers.
  • Coordinate voluntary surrender of automotive collateral recovery after required documents are received.
  • Facilitate payment deferments with customers by generating agreements, gathering required signatures, and processing payment deferments.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Answers and responds to customers’ phone, email and text questions as needed
  • Utilizes our CRM to document all customer interactions
  • Enforces company policies and procedures
  • Communication with, and report directly to, the Collection Admin Supervisor

The Ideal Candidate

  • Available to work remotely, full-time M-F.
  • Previous work in collections, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Outstanding customer communication and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Strong sense of teamwork yet able to work independently.
  • Excited by the idea of constant change. You are comfortable being uncomfortable.
  • Able to maintain order in a fast and fascinating environment.
  • Excited to take on new tasks as they come up and solve problems in real time.
