Moment is a revolutionary startup beverage brand that launched in 2020 and is the winner of the top industry award, the BevNET New Beverage Showdown. Since then, we have been featured on Shark Tank and major press nationally (Glamour, Forbes, Refinery 29). Our natural botanical beverages make use of a proprietary formulation to replicate the feeling of meditation. A portion of our proceeds goes towards supporting mental health non-profits.

Job Description:

The main focus of the role is to manage inventory and work on strategic operational projects. The main goals are: (1) to ensure there is enough product on hand to meet the company's fast growing demand; and (2) assist in the accomplishment of overall company goals as it relates to operational initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Internally coordinate with fulfillment, sales and marketing to plan for inventory needs (ensure we have enough on hand across different sales and geographic channels)
  • Manage procurement process (calculate quantities of materials, enter and manage PO's and invoices, initiate payments, track and ensure all materials are ready for production)
  • Manage inventory shipments (for materials & products, from production site to 3pl, 3pl to distributors)
  • Manage products across different channels and maintain internal databases
  • Proactively solve issues when they arise & build long term processes to improve costs & time efficiency, and meet business objectives

Your profile:

  • Works well with a team, and proactive about time and task management
  • Has a startup mindset, willing to learn new things, and takes ownership
  • Has a good command of excel/google sheets
  • Basic business understanding, detailed oriented and structured
