Job Description:
The main focus of the role is to manage inventory and work on strategic operational projects. The main goals are: (1) to ensure there is enough product on hand to meet the company's fast growing demand; and (2) assist in the accomplishment of overall company goals as it relates to operational initiatives. Responsibilities:

- Internally coordinate with fulfillment, sales and marketing to plan for inventory needs (ensure we have enough on hand across different sales and geographic channels)
- Manage procurement process (calculate quantities of materials, enter and manage PO's and invoices, initiate payments, track and ensure all materials are ready for production)
- Manage inventory shipments (for materials & products, from production site to 3pl, 3pl to distributors)
- Manage products across different channels and maintain internal databases
- Proactively solve issues when they arise & build long term processes to improve costs & time efficiency, and meet business objectives
Your profile:
- Works well with a team, and proactive about time and task management
- Has a startup mindset, willing to learn new things, and takes ownership
- Has a good command of excel/google sheets
- Basic business understanding, detailed oriented and structured
