Our company is seeking highly skilled translators specializing in Spanish or other languages to English translation. If you have a passion for languages and possess strong proficiency in Spanish or other languages (B1-C2 level), we invite you to join our dynamic team.
Mission of the position:
- Translation of the University's training programs from Spanish into English.
- Translation of the University's training programs from English into the target language such as German, French, Italian, Portuguese (Brasil / Portugal), Russian, Hindi, Chinese (Classic or Mandarin).
Valuable knowledge:
- Translation tools such as Trados.
- Knowledge in using applications such as InDesign, Acrobat, Storyline, Photoshop.
- Demonstrable experience in design programs.
- Experience in project management.
- Valuable knowledge of multiple languages.
Competencies / skills:
- High quality work orientation.
- Agile.
- Flexibility when learning new tools.
- Great writing skills.
- Creative person with capacity for self-learning.
- Results-oriented.
Main functions:
- Translation of the training material of different kind: texts, images, videos, activities, etc.
- Implement this documentation in the company's platforms, editing it.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience as a writer, editor, or translator.
- Strong command of both Spanish (or other languages listed above) and English, with proficiency ranging from B1 to C2 level.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools/software is preferred.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work at Guadalupe Makati.
- Willing to work onsite from Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00PM
