YOUR MISSION

At SQUAKE, you will take full ownership of growing our client base in the logistics space to participate in SQUAKE's growth. As we are expanding with further services and tools, you will have the responsibility to support our mission to enable sustainable travel and logistics through various work packages. On this journey, you will be supported and guided by your manager and the SQUAKE team.

Tasks

YOUR ROLE

  • Bring B2B partnerships forward and build strong relations with industry leaders in logistics
  • Strengthen our market position by providing excellent service to your customers
  • Support customers and partners on their sustainability journey by working closely together
  • Gather customer insights to derive strategic actions for our product development, marketing and future growth areas
  • Identify new customers and partners
  • Work attentively towards OKRs and KPIs
  • Conduct sales meetings (virtually and on-site) and outbound activities
  • Develop a sales strategy for your market
  • Drive sales processes from prospects to implementation and after-sales
  • Work closely with our whole team as well as our industry and climate partners
  • Gain insights and expert knowledge on sustainable solutions for global players and their stakeholders
  • Optimize and manage internal reporting
Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND MINDSET

  • You gained at least 3-5 years of work experience in a logistics sales and/or customer support role
  • Experience and network in the travel or logistics industry
  • You have excellent German & English written and verbal communication skills
  • You are an expert in your field and flourish in winning new customers
  • You built up a strong network with your past experiences in the logistics market
  • You are motivated to crack the nut and you do not give up until you reach your goal
  • You are self-critical and able to deal constructively with feedback
  • You are interested in sustainability and follow the latest sustainability trends and update
  • You have strong analytical and administrative skills
  • You pay attention to detail and are empathetic
  • Your time management game and ability to prioritize are strong
  • You are an absolute team player, but also have an entrepreneurial spirit and strive in working independently
  • Demonstrate reliability and communicate constructively on all levels
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration or business-related field
  • Work experience in the climate-tech ecosystem
