- Responsibilities
Assistant QA inspector in daily food safety and quality assurance activities - Ensure product quality are within the approved specification and in compliance with the corporate standard and HACCP requirements
- Perform regular checking on production QC, room temperature and products expired date
- Provide up-to-date food laws & regulations information updates to the team by research / study
- Review Product specification in New Product Development
- Reports any non-compliance issue found with recommendation of solution
- Requirements
Diploma or above in Food Science or equivalent; - At least 1 year of working experience in quality assurance, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Self-motivated, hard-working and independent;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Immediately available is highly preferred
