Job Summary: Assistant - Admin
The Assistant - Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to the office or department. The Assistant - Admin will handle phone calls, emails, and other communications, organize and schedule appointments and meetings, maintain and update databases and records, prepare and distribute documents and reports, order and manage office supplies and equipment, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Terms of Reference (ToR):
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus
· Previous experience as an Assistant - Admin or similar role
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically) and other office software
· Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
